The main results as follows: ( 1) Base on the single-factor experiment, orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction technology of anthocyanin from Vaccinium bracteatum Thunb. fruits, and the total anti-oxidation activity of anthocyanin on different condition was studied. 主要结果如下:1、在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验设计法优化乌饭树果实花色苷提取工艺,并比较各正交试验提取条件下花色苷类物质的总抗氧化能力。
